Here is one I brought back to life using OEM original parts !
Not a big 10 cube saw, actually they were only 50cc. Not a high revving Swedish meatball..they were slow and steady with lots of torque. Very reliable and got the job done like most German engineered equipment. There isnt much these saws couldnt handle. As a matter of fact there were numerous attachments that were available when these saws were introduced including a post hole digging attachment, a brush cutting attachment and a cut-off wheel attachment.
Here's my 2 1/2 year old son Landon helping Mom and Dad pick out a Christmas tree.
Notice the reindeer he's holding.....AKA.."Baby Reindeer"
And here he is helping us take it down with his new STIHL MS chainsaw that Santa brought him. The saw runs pretty good and he sure knows how to use it !!
Doin some limbing...
More limbing
Looking to see which way it wants to fall
Know that he's figured out the felling direction, he applies a face cut...
